Technical Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at XQ Technical, a leading technical recruitment agency. Our agency specializes in providing top talent to clients in the high-tech sectors of engineering innovation, including automotive, advanced engineering, electric vehicles, motorsport, and Formula 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
  • Establish and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical job market developments.
  • Utilize technical recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, and Workday.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working through the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of the technical job market and trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering or automotive.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
