Position Overview:
We are in search of empathetic and committed Educational Support Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding students' academic and personal growth. This is a fulfilling opportunity to significantly influence the lives of young individuals.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide individualized and group assistance to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) needs.
2. Support educators in designing and implementing engaging instructional activities.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
4. Assist students in enhancing their social and emotional competencies.
5. Track and document student progress.
6. Collaborate with educators, families, and other personnel to ensure optimal outcomes for students.

Qualifications:
1. Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in an educational context.
2. Patience, empathy, and effective communication abilities.
3. Capability to manage challenging behaviors in a composed and constructive manner.
4. A dedication to nurturing a supportive and encouraging educational environment.
5. Relevant certifications or training in education or child development (preferred but not mandatory).
