Electronics Manufacturing Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the field of electronics manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of electronic assemblies, particularly for applications requiring high precision and control over the soldering process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new manufacturing solutions and processes to improve efficiency and quality
  2. Review and optimize existing SMT assembly processes to ensure consistency and scalability
  3. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customer requirements are met and delivery times are managed effectively
  4. Conduct technical assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
  5. Apply LEAN Manufacturing techniques to streamline processes and reduce waste
