We are in search of a skilled Construction Site Supervisor eager to embrace a rewarding opportunity with a reputable main contractor known for executing a variety of projects across multiple construction sectors.

The sectors include Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Community & Leisure, and Heritage, with project values ranging from £100,000 to £30 million.


Key Responsibilities of the Construction Site Supervisor:


Act as a strong second-in-command on a project, providing support to assistants and overseeing subcontractors and trades on a healthcare project valued at up to £5 million.
Report directly to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain Quality Assurance throughout the project.
Oversee that the project adheres to timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications for the Construction Site Supervisor role:

SMSTS Certification

CSCS Card
Preferably possess a Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Demonstrated experience in managing Building & Construction projects within a similar sector, with values up to £30 million.
Desired experience in both new build and refurbishment projects.
