We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Cadley Hill View, a luxury care home providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents, providing personal care and support to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident, promoting their dignity and independence
- Participate in general activities within the care home, such as assisting with hobbies and interests
- Recognize and report any signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents
