We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Response (voids and repairs works) business based out of their Birmingham office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervisory or mentoring roles and be a ready-made MQS with response maintenance QS experience and senior-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quantity surveying team in the Response business
- Develop and implement quantity surveying strategies to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with the Response team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
