Primary HLTA | Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans to support student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Support staff members in their roles and provide guidance as needed
- Organize and lead extra-curricular activities to promote student engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Teach whole classes during planned teacher absence
- Located within a 10-minute walk from local tube stations in Barnet
