We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Payroll and Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practices, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Payroll and Reward function at a strategic level, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective payroll and reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead a large team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage high-volume payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Manage year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Drive a customer-focused and high-performing culture, leading by example and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- CIPP qualification or relevant experience in payroll and reward management.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Experience with complex ERP and payroll solutions, with a strong understanding of payroll and reward legislation.
- Ability to work well with stakeholders to improve service delivery, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
