Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Kenect Professional. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the Road Haulage and Distribution markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
- Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Rotating on call duties required
Requirements:
- Sales focused with successful business development skills
- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success in B2B
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- Minimum 6-months experience in recruitment
- Ideally, previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is advantageous
- Own transport is essential for this role
