We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager (Team Leader) to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving operational excellence in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate unit operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of excellence.

- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
