Backshift Cook

About The Role
As a Backshift Cook with OCS UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food at a busy customer site. You will ensure the provision of a high standard of food quality, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, and safe environment. You will also supervise a small team of staff and be responsible for meeting budgets and managing cash.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation meet customer expectations.
• Supervise a small team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Manage cash and meet budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
