About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Genius at Park's Motor Group. As a Product Genius, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert knowledge and exceptional customer service to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Park's and partnering manufacturers' products
  • Keep dealership staff up-to-date with the latest product information
  • Use your expertise to assist customers in a non-pressured environment
  • Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and utilizing digital and social media platforms
  • Actively learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources
  • Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver brilliant test drive experiences
  • Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting up new vehicle features
Requirements
  • A confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for automotive technology and a willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest innovations and trends
  • Dedicated team member with a willingness to help and support others
  • Competent IT skills and a Full Driver's License or willingness to work towards obtaining
