About the Firm:

The firm is a renowned provider of comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a wide range of contentious probate work, including bringing and defending claims, I(PFD) A 1975 claims, construction and rectification claims, Court of Protection disputes, executor disputes, trustee disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, and challenges to wills.
  • Contribute to business development activities to attract and retain clients.
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
  • Collaborate with other team members on certain cases.
  • Deliver individual targets with supervision.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE.
  • Good technical knowledge relating to the role and the ability to upskill on key elements.
  • Ability to work well individually and collaboratively as part of the team.
  • Proactive thinker who can take the initiative.
  • Personable and confident individual who can effectively manage their workload.
