Electrical Installation Specialist Opportunity

Econ Engineering Ltd, the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of winter maintenance vehicles, is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our bespoke winter maintenance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain electrical systems in vehicle chassis and bodies
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to ensure all systems are fully operational
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings to complete accurate installations
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with company standards and relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a vehicle electrician, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector
  • Competence in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
