About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a Playworker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 3-11.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and sports.
- Plan and lead fun and interactive sessions to support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Ensure a smooth running of the club, including registration, snack time, and pick-up procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the after-school club team to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safeguarding children.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
