Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworker Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fencing, brickwork repair, and paving slab installation, as well as additional skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in the social housing sector and be familiar with the requirements of local authorities and housing associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing settings
  • Work to the scope of works outlined in the Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) for each job
Requirements
  • Qualified Groundworker to level 2 or 3
  • Full UK driving license (not EU license)
  • Own tools
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • CSCS card
  • DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with one Saturday or Sunday in four required
