About the Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the heart of our stores and counters, responsible for empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves. You'll combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class artistry and customer experience, exceeding KPIs and meeting customer expectations.
- Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.
- Champion the art of world-class artistry, adapting your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities for stratospheric success.
- Follow company grooming standards, showcasing your expertise and passion for the brand.
About You
- NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the industry.
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs.
