About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at W Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production facility and ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 30+ employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Quality team to investigate and resolve any product defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage absence and lateness levels, disciplinary matters, holiday allocation, and sickness cover.
  • Support the production team in completing production tasks and deliver shift handover process, including all shift reporting documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train production employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment procedures and excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
