The finance team plays a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate financial information to inform strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage financial statements consolidation, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Prepare regulatory filings and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage group audits, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement financial forecasting and risk management strategies.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
