Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Unilever, a leading global supplier of Food, Home and Personal Care products. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and delivering marketing excellence for one of our biggest brands, Comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing the UK brand strategy and developing marketing programs.
  • Assist with commercial delivery of the brand, including monitoring and reporting in-market performance and action planning.
  • Deliver campaigns and marketing activities, collaborating across functions, teams, and agencies.
  • Represent Home Care within the business, providing expertise on brand performance and plans.
  • Manage projects and budgets, with a focus on creative excellence and digital-first marketing.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams to execute complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creative excellence, with experience developing communications and assets.
  • Numeracy and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop insights and drive business decisions.
  • Ambition to learn and proactivity in your own development, with a desire to learn about the brands and Unilever.
