Electrical Contracts Manager Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple electrical projects, ensuring adherence to BS 7671 standards.
  • Conduct electrical estimates for projects up to £80,000.
  • Achieve pre-determined profit levels through effective project management and value engineering.
  • Lead and manage engineers, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure proper contracts and documentation are in place for sub-contractors.
Requirements:
  1. BS 7671 qualified with experience in electrical installation.
  2. 18th edition or equivalent qualification.
  3. 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager, managing projects up to £100K.
  4. Proficiency in electrical estimating and project management.
  5. Ability to travel outside London/South East.
Remuneration:

£55,000 - £60,000 DOE, including pension, travel expenses/mileage, and a full package discussed at interview.
