About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team at Flint Bishop Solicitors. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the objectives of our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Heads of Department and the Head of Recruitment to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage applications across various platforms, including our website, LinkedIn, and the applicant tracking system.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates to fill vacancies in the fastest possible time.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using multiple resourcing techniques.
  • Provide weekly and ongoing forecast updates to the Head of Recruitment on all current live vacancies and talent pipeline.
  • Work with the HR Advisor to create induction plans for new starters and arrange induction meetings.
  • Support the Head of Recruitment with employer branding strategies and campaigns to attract candidates.
  • Organize and attend recruitment fairs and events to strengthen our early careers model.
  • Support other members of the recruitment team with their vacancies as required.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience in an Internal Recruiter role or equivalent experience in agency recruitment.
  • Ability to work to KPIs and set deliverables, managing a significant number of vacancies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to handle crucial conversations at all levels within the business.
  • Ideal experience in the legal or professional services sector.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, managing high volumes of work to strict deadlines.
