We are seeking an experienced Salaried GP to join our team at Dream Medical in Doncaster. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical team, and contributing to the development and delivery of our surgery action plan.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients, including consultation sessions, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, and prescription signing.
- Work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan.
- Collaborate with the surgery primary health care team to deliver clinical care, including attendance at practice team meetings.
- Ensure ongoing CPD to stay up-to-date with new clinical developments and maintain an appreciation of the commitments and requirements of the wider clinical workforce.
- Engage with NHS annual strengthened appraisal, PDP production, and GMC revalidation.
- Be registered with the GMC and engaged in regular clinical work.
- Have a sound knowledge of the principles and values that support good medical practice.
- Have good organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to delivering quality and patient-focused service.
- Have a record of continuous professional development.
