The Role of Chef de Partie
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Hilton Aberdeen. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, working closely with our Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of cooking techniques and menu planning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
