NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our psychology department, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to trainee psychologists, multidisciplinary clinicians, and staff within the designated clinical area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to trainee psychologists, multidisciplinary clinicians, and staff within the designated clinical area.
- Take responsibility and leadership as the Psychology representative in designated specialist areas.
- Provide psychology teaching, training, consultancy, and supervision activities management within a governance structure.
- Undertake audit and research relevant to the service area.
- Manage a specialist caseload.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
Please note that this is a part-time position, and the salary will be pro-rata.
