The position requires delivering a professional and welcoming telephone service at the CAMHS Reception, assisting children, adolescents, parents, staff, and professionals while ensuring all calls are managed efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain case notes in the electronic patient record system upon receiving communications from patients, families, and professionals.
- Upload clinical documentation, including care records, onto the electronic patient record system as required.
- Process new patient referrals in the electronic patient record system during colleague absences.
- Monitor and procure stationery and clinical supplies for the department within budgetary constraints.
- Utilize initiative to enhance clerical systems and operate with minimal supervision.
- Provide flexible administrative support, including reception duties for late evening clinics as necessary.
- Balance workload effectively by prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
