Job Title: First Class Humanities Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced First Class Humanities Graduate to join our team as a Humanities Mentor or Specialised Humanities Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a Humanities subject and a passion for inspiring and supporting students.

About the Role:
  • Support students in various year groups, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons in History, Geography, RE, and Politics.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying abilities, including those with SEND.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
Requirements:
  • First Class degree in a Humanities subject from a top UK university.
  • Experience working with students of various ages and abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
