Job Title: First Class Humanities GraduateWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced First Class Humanities Graduate to join our team as a Humanities Mentor or Specialised Humanities Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a Humanities subject and a passion for inspiring and supporting students.
About the Role:- Support students in various year groups, helping them reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons in History, Geography, RE, and Politics.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Provide individualized support to students with varying abilities, including those with SEND.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
- First Class degree in a Humanities subject from a top UK university.
- Experience working with students of various ages and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive daily rate of £96-£105, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
