Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at TechOhana. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with non-profit teams to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to support fundraising, donor management, volunteer coordination, and more.
  • Customise Salesforce to enhance reporting, automation, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure seamless platform adoption.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce updates and features to continuously improve solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and related applications.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, etc.)
