As a vital member of the People team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Operations team.
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from £25,774 to £28,401 based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR Operations team, including the Head of Employee Relations, Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Advisors.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to disciplinary and grievance procedures, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing outcome correspondence.
- Support the management of long-term absence cases.
- Oversee the resourcing approval process.
- Assist with the implementation of pay awards and incentive schemes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Generate reports and presentations as required.
- Address HR-related inquiries from the business.
- Provide assistance to other HR team members during peak workload periods.
- Perform additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
- Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in an HR administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driving license.
- Two A Levels at grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Experience with HR systems.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
