About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert clinical care, lead clinical teams, and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Lead clinical teams, including junior staff, to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services, including the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Registered as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with the relevant UK statutory regulatory body.
- Minimum of master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
