Job Description

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and creative Computing Teacher to join our team of educators in a Secondary School setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic Computing Teacher who is committed to providing high-quality education and childcare to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students at KS3/4/5 level.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching methods.
  • Provide a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures and promoting positive behavior.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational research to ensure teaching practices remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • Hold a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT).
  • Have a good understanding of the KS3/4/5 curriculum and be able to teach Computing to students at this level.
  • Be enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to providing high-quality education and childcare.
  • Have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Be able to provide a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures and promoting positive behavior.
