Job Summary
Your new company is a leading contractor that has been awarded a prestigious project to build a set of large high-rise reinforced concrete residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Site Management team and control the staggered hand-over and practical completion of multiple residential units across the entire residential development.
- Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, end users, and site team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontract trades to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and control costs, quality, and safety on site.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in the UK as an Internal Manager or Finishing Foreman with a contractor that specializes in the construction of high-rise reinforced concrete residential buildings.
- CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and a construction industry qualification.
- Solid reliable directly employed work history (no self-employed need apply).
- Excellent references and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
