Deputy Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the store team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Full driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
