Job Title: FLT Driver Counterbalance

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious FLT driver to join our dynamic team at Randstad RIS. As a FLT driver, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift truck around the warehouse, moving pallets into different locations and using RDT to scan pallets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
  • Move pallets into different locations within the warehouse
  • Use RDT to scan pallets and maintain accurate records
  • Meet warehouse targets and KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
Requirements:
  • Must have an in-date FLT license and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Good maths and English skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Competitive pay rate: £12.54 per hour (days) and £14.17 per hour (nights)
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 36.5 hours per week and double time after 48 hours per week
