ARM is collaborating with a leading Aerospace organization seeking a knowledgeable Systems Safety Specialist to join their team.

The role involves the creation of Operational, Product, and System Safety documentation in line with established Defence Standards for Land-Based Training systems and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Hazard Identification and Analysis, including Preliminary, Functional Failure, Operating, and Support & Occupational Health Analysis.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks, issues, and opportunities while assisting in the formulation of mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting the implementation of the Safety Management System within the Training Service and contributing to the development of systems safety engineering plans and deliverables across various services.
  • Possessing a relevant qualification in safety engineering.
  • Demonstrating experience in MOD projects, preferably within Land, Aerospace, or Maritime sectors.
  • Having a background in developing Project/Programme Safety Management Plans.
  • Experience with training equipment is advantageous.
