The Systems Implementation Engineer plays a crucial role in providing technical assistance for the development and deployment of client applications and corporate products.
The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site installations, enhancements, maintenance, and support for both new and existing systems. This includes implementing new product configurations and software upgrades, as well as installing network devices and hardware components. The engineer will also diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

As a Systems Implementation Engineer, your contributions will include:
- Leading the integration and deployment of systems, including the configuration of high availability and backup solutions in both testing and live environments.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of implementation experience in controlled environments.
- Proven track record in delivering projects, demonstrating the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies, including Hardware Security Modules and Public Key Infrastructure.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
- Experience in setting up and administering servers, PCs, and networks, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, IPv4, and subnetting, as well as familiarity with the TCP/IP stack and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience with Windows domain services, including Domain Controllers, DNS, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware solutions in high availability scenarios.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Failover Clustering.
- Experience with backup technologies for SQL and virtualized environments.
- Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco are advantageous.
- Experience with storage technologies (SAN, FC/iSCSI, RAID) is a plus.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure or AWS is advantageous.
