About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Capgemini. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of technical solutions for clients, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, including development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.


Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in Java and AWS, with experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and containerization, with experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with event-driven systems and frameworks, such as Active MQ and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of AWS data pipelines, Glue, S3, and Glacier storage, as well as file transfer solutions like Data Sync.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD models, such as Docker and Jenkins pipelines.
