About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Authorisations Caseworker to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning. As a key member of our Membership Authorisations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Restricted Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the vetting of new applications, using all relevant information to assess if the application should proceed to appointment with Quilter or not.
  • Undertake all aspects of due diligence checks, such as reviewing references, criminal records, financial records, and anything held in the public domain.
  • Apply to and liaise with the FCA for regulatory authorisation, ensuring that robust evidence of due diligence activity is provided.
  • Make decisions based on Business Standards, which set out Quilter's appetite and associated procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in Financial Services and Regulatory compliance. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and remain focused and calm. You will also be a team player who looks to support others and take a positive approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working within a Financial Services and Regulatory background.
