Serply Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Welder to join their team at the Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a temporary to permanent, full-time position in the Welding Department, assisting in the production of high-quality seating systems for multiple industries worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Weld mild and stainless steel components using jigs
* MIG welding in a high-quality production environment
* Reading and interpreting drawings to specification
* Maintaining 5S standards in all areas
* Adhering to company health and safety requirements

**Requirements:**

* Previous MIG welding experience
* Ability to pass company MIG weld test
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Good level of verbal and written English

**Benefits:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.91ph, with a guaranteed permanent contract on completion
* Overtime rate of 1.5x basic rate for Monday to Saturday
* Holidays accrual and 21 + Bank holidays when permanent
* Casual dress or uniform provided, company pension, employee assistance programmes, and overtime/additional hours
