Join Our Team as a Group Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective group exercise classes to a variety of ages and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class environment.
  • Communicate effectively with members and colleagues to ensure a seamless class experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest exercise trends and techniques to keep classes fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and club staff to promote a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Current Level 2 CIMSPA or Exercise to Music teaching qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
