Workshop Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team at Dawsongroup plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the servicing and repair of our hire fleet equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance of sweepers and other company equipment
  • Examining sweepers and other company equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Carrying out vehicle inspections and MOT checks, delivering vehicles to MOT test stations
  • Assisting the rental operations department with weekly stock checks of all hire fleet assets not on rent
Requirements:
  • HGV mechanical experience (ideally)
  • Experience dealing with hydraulic systems
  • Basic electrics knowledge
