Health Physicist - Submarines

Rolls-Royce Submarines is seeking a Health Physicist to join our team in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Radiation Protection and Radioactive Waste Policy
  • Provide Radiation Protection and Radioactive Waste governance across operational facilities and outstations
  • Develop standards and arrangements for Radiation Protection, Radioactive Waste Management, and Environmental Permitting

Requirements:

  • Science-based degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working within Health Physics, radiation protection, or radioactive waste and environment (training will be provided)
  • Ability to use bespoke software applications
