Accounts Administrator Opportunity

White Label Recruitment Ltd is representing a manufacturing client based in Rochdale, who are undergoing a period of growth and change.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a computerised accounts system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Calculate and process various types of payments, including SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, company sick pay, contracted hours, holiday, and pension contributions.
  • Assist with the Apprenticeship Levy and record information for audit purposes.
  • Deal with ad-hoc telephone enquiries from staff members.
Additional Duties:
  • Forward suggested payments to the Management team for authorisation.
  • Upload payments from the finance system into the relevant accounts.
  • Check bank details for new accounts and perform other accounting functions as required.
  • Update invoice status on the database, download and issue credit card statements, and collate credit card receipts.
  • Create purchase orders for credit card purchases and increase credit card limits as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an accounts-based administration role.
  • Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm (flexible hours upon prior agreement).
