At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Fenwick Canterbury. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a love for luxury fragrances, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends and product launches
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences and events
