Puro Accountancy is a dynamic and innovative firm that provides exceptional accounting services to its clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our team in our Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely completion of projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Coach, develop, and train junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with key client contacts to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
- Support the audit manager in ensuring the smooth operation of audit projects.
- Manage deadlines and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business development initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in external audit.
- At least 3 years of practice experience in a similar role.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £42,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days annual leave, a comfortable and social work environment, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing career development opportunities.
