The Role:

As Assistant Product Manager, you will support the Product Managers on the complete product cycle from product cost, potential cost negotiation depending on product category, SAP administration (including material master data), order lead-time, shipping method, local repack requirement, through to delivery and invoice to ensure maximum efficiency of fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Managers in product cost analysis and negotiation.
  • Administer SAP systems, including material master data and order processing.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery processes to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Good numerical ability, with an aptitude for data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel proficiency.
  • SAP experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Supply chain experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and thorough, with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport and working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
