Mando Solutions Ltd is a leading construction labour specialist with over 10 years of experience in providing safe and competent staff across the UK. We have partnered with a tier 1 contractor in the south west region to deliver long-term projects. We are currently recruiting for skilled groundworkers in the Bristol area to work on a major infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in groundwork activities and be able to work safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

* Work on a major infrastructure project in the Bristol area

* Collaborate with a team of skilled groundworkers

* Ensure safe working practices and adhere to company policies

* Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work

* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure

* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Report any safety concerns or incidents to management

* Adhere to company policies and procedures

* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

* Perform other duties as required


Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in groundwork activities

* Proven track record of safe working practices

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

* Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials

* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

* Physical stamina to perform manual labour

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications

* Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
