Job Summary:

Search is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team in a warehouse environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move products around the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a counterbalance forklift truck with a high degree of attention to detail to ensure products are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report any equipment issues or concerns to management immediately.

Working Hours:

We offer a range of shifts, including day and night shifts, Monday to Friday. You must be flexible and able to work a rotational shift pattern, including overtime as required.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date counterbalance RTITB licence.
  • Excellent attendance, performance, and timekeeping record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
