Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Tutors, Educators, and Trainers to join our team on a contractual basis. Our organization partners with various companies to provide temporary staffing solutions across the UK.

Work Schedule:
Available shifts include:
- Full day on Wednesday
- Half day on Thursday
- or
- Full day on Thursday
- Half day on Friday

Training Program Details:
This is a classroom-based training initiative designed for courier van drivers as part of their onboarding process. Participants typically attend on their first day and are required to complete this training to understand essential delivery processes and the associated risks of driving.

Day One:
Class size can accommodate up to 35 participants.
This session is mandatory.
After a registration process, drivers will receive a brief introduction to the course and the mobile application they will utilize during training. They will engage in five E-Learning modules via their mobile devices, with durations ranging from 50 to 90 minutes based on individual learning speeds. The session leader will be available to address questions and provide troubleshooting assistance with support from our organization.

The session will also include a series of slides, videos, and quizzes that cover various delivery scenarios drivers may encounter during their work hours. The content is delivered through a specialized learning management platform, allowing participants to access materials on their mobile devices.

At the conclusion of the session, participants must complete a knowledge check quiz before departing. The session leader will finalize an attendance report at the end of Day One.

Day Two:
This session is optional for participants and will also accommodate up to 35 attendees.
Content focuses on risk awareness while driving and strategies to prevent incidents and accidents on the road. The material is presented similarly to a PowerPoint presentation and covers topics such as speed awareness, observation skills, vehicle dimensions, and safe parking and maneuvering practices. The same registration and attendance reporting procedures will apply.

Train the Trainer:
To ensure effective delivery of the content for Days One and Two, we will conduct train-the-trainer sessions. These sessions will familiarize session leaders with the training materials and registration processes. Additionally, session leaders will have the opportunity to review the content prior to conducting live sessions.

Comprehensive online support will be available before, during, and after each training session. A brief interview process will be conducted by our agency, followed by an online training session for selected candidates.
