About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our exhibitions and attract high-quality visitors.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and assess competitors, informing our marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Creative Brief Management: Manage creative briefs from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality marketing materials.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align content, strategy, and target audience for marketing campaigns and deliver against targets.
  • Email Marketing and Communications: Plan and execute email campaigns, manage the communications calendar, and create trigger-based campaigns, customer segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Online Customer Journey: Understand and refine the online customer journey, build landing pages, keep website content and information up to date, and proactively seek feedback and make improvements.
  • Progress Updates and Feedback: Take ownership at meetings, providing progress updates and seeking feedback on marketing activities.
